12.7mm AA

So I've scoured the red task force in the mission editor and can't find a placeable 12.7mm heavy MG in AA mode. We now have them on the new technicals. But not stand alone. This was and to some degree is still used. It will be must for Vietnam where it constituted the main mobile AA defence for North Vietnam. 

Would also fit in various wars in Africa if we ever get a sub Saharan Africa map, and many other places.
