DCS Discord bots are out of control

Can anyone explain why the DCS Discord bots are out of control, they seem to spam msgs every 2, 3 4, msg on every channel, to the point im starting to not frequent the ED Discord as much which is shame as I enjoy the chat from the Apache SMEs and the stuff they tell us about the Apache.

ED any chance you can sort this out it really is stopping a great Discord experince.

The message is automated to remind people to keep to the rules, it happens every 12 hours or so, if there was not chat between the messages then it will look like spam. 

The messages are needed as some people just wont listen to the rules no matter how may times they are told.
