New PG lighting loading distance

City lighting and airport lighting load in at a short distance very abruptly. Major cities like Dubai and Abu Dhabi are so bright you should be able to see the light of the city from beyond the horizon. I know that would be light pollution but the point still stands that you would see all of the bright lights from extremely far away. I’m going to include a picture that somewhat demonstrates along with a screen shot from roughly the same altitude the picture was taken at. The IRL picture of course can't 100% depict what it looks like in person (the picture is darker), however it does demonstrate what I'm talking about. The lights at the top of the picture are 35-40nm away. This is even more notable at higher altitude but I don't have any good pictures to demonstrate it.

Check your Visib Range setting. The one on top is extreme, the one on the bottom is High. You should see the difference.
