I've just tried: it works for me from the pilot seat and from the RIO seat.

• Either your game files are damaged, and you can try a "slow" DCS repair,
• Or some custom file from your Saved Games/DCS... folder is interfering. If the repair does not help, rename your Saved Games/DCS... folder into DCS.backup, then start DCS and see if the radio menu works as expected). Do not delete the DCS.backup folder, for your will need it to retrieve our controls bindings, SP career progress and more.

EDIT: oh wait, do you mean you can't see the radio menu appearing, or do you mean that radio does not work? See:

I had uninstalled VIACOM, but it had left an entry in the export.lua so I removed that and now the F10 menu is working with the mouse again.

i have same problem.. didnt installed any script...on the Tomcat the mouse doesnt work for the F10 com menu..i  have to use the F keys

I also sometimes get this.

eg. Just now, first take off in Av8b fine. Died. Respawned. At parking I cant use mouse to operate Comms menu, must use F-keys.

Its still going on

 

In MP if i spawn in the carrier in a normal ramp position the coms menu work but i cant hear the crew voice (they still do whats asked but i can only read it)

But if the plane spawns in the cat hot the coms menu is broken and doesnt work with mouse.. i have to use the F keys manually in order to rearm and salute..

 

In the same servers both my other 2 naval jets the Hornet and the SU-33 work fine (granted the 33 is a FC3 jet but the Hornet is full fidelity and works fine)
