solved F2 mouse view

Since 2.8 i can't change the camera angle on the F2 outside view with the mouse anymore.

I re-mapped the axis, but it doesn't work. For some reason it worked once in a multiplayer session - very strange...

Have someone an idea how to fix that?

I've seen this in a few user tracks last week, but I cannot reproduce this issue when I create a fresh mission, and I'm not sure which tracks caused this.

This could be caused by some setting hidden in the MIZ file. Can you please attach a track?

I have run a repair installation and now it works as fine as before the update.
