Fast moving objects (for example, when I visually track another jet in a head on pass) leave a ghost image behind them in the Valve Index. I'm currently set at 90Hz. Will going up to 120Hz fix this? Or is it a limitation of the tech/display?

I already know, keeping up with 120Hz is going to be impossible on my hardware.

ghosting is normally a function of Motion Smoothing or Motion Reprojection or ASW depending on your technology, if you have those enabled then the only way to avoid that is to stay above the refresh rate, so no it won't help going to 120 whereas going to 60 might

You have to match the frequenz of you Headset with your FPS. If you have 90 hz you need to get at least 90fps without Motion Smoothing so the Opjects wont get doubled.. (Ghosting)
