[Raven one dominant fury] mission 1. They had sent me to Akrotiri, it it my fault?

I played 5 times, and each time LSO says I should land to the acrotiri after the failed attempt to land on a carrier. Is it because of my poor landing skills or it's just misson's scenario, and will happen anyway?
