  1. Thanks ED for the new hornet update! I appreciate all the hard work, done by the team. Nevertheless, this issue wasn`t addressed despite the fact it was planned to. Any comments?
  2. I agree to pay twice for the hornet, if it will include this feature
  3. @BIGNEWY can you please uncover a little, what is this publicly avaliable, unclassified and unrestricted sources of information you are using for modeling hornet and it's sensors?
  4. Can you give a link to this publicly available documentation?
  5. For some reason. I`m not getting in-Flight feedback anymore( What can cause the problem?
  6. Can you please confirm real hornet consider friendly contacts as treats and bugging them? All I know about such hazardous hardware is that the developers of this things are super crazy about safety and shooting at something that was recognized as a friend should not be easy.
  7. I`m trying to make Bastion-P batallion, consisting of one Monolit-B radar and three TELs to fire a salvo of all it`s 6 missiles to a carrier. I setted up a waypoint action with a type "Perform Task" and action "Attack Unit" and rel qty setted to ALL. Despite this, it only fires two missiles at a time with different TEL`s. These crusing towards the carrier until gets destroyded, then the battalion fires another two. How to make a batallion to fire all it`s missiles at a time? This seems to be a similar question, but does not helps much. Tu-22 works fine for me. 01_ steel_nerves_0001.miz
  8. So, If we will have this proper MSI, we can just tell the radar to bug the target, currently presented with the C2 track? That sounds fine, no need to scroll and jerking antenna elevation knob. But I still can`t get how this will solve the problem of bugging(or designating) friendly targets? And why this still reasonable, to treat your buddy as a bandit, and potentially shoot him? Am I get it right, that when and if ED will implement this proper MSI, radar will know this trackfile is a friend, and will not bug him with undesignate button in TWS mode? Also can you explain what do you mean by MC level? Do you have any clues, is this things planned to be implemented by ED?
  9. Thanks! Can you explain this "lack of proper MSI" thing? How it should look like? Is it planned? And what is MC level?
  10. In a messy environment with lots of contacts this makes things really hard. It's not enough to just press undesignate, and launch another missile, you need to get sure contact, you just designated isn't a friend. It takes a seconds, that bandits can use to kill you. Why is this correct? I will be suprised if in real hornet beviour is the same... What is the reason to designate friendly contact?
  11. The problem there is it also auto-locks friendly contacts, which should not be the case. Otherwise, tws mode became useless, once in the pace of a battle you pick you buddy and can shot him easily.
  12. I'm interested. Neither of this aircrafts, but I think this still should work. UTC+3.
  13. Hostile surveillance enemy tracks, presented as empty red triangles(as expected) should became solid red triangles once seen by onboard radar. As per documentation, and youtube tutorials. Instead once being seen by onboard radar this red triangles became unknown contacts(white solid squares). Am I doing something wrong? bug.trk
  14. I`m on Cyprus, UTC+3 as mentioned. I'm playing at the evening on workdays, weekend is more of the free slots. Look like I had sent you invitation to get friends. I'm very new in discord...
  15. Oh, so, it will be avaliable for stable version in several weeks or months. Great! I`m just mad lots of dcs players uses open beta as a workhorse for some reason I cannot understand. Beta is for testers, not for regular players, isn`t it?
  16. I`m heavily frustrated f-15e is only avaliable for open beta DCS. I use stable one, no reason to deal with bugs, I prefer to wait a little and get a stable one. Is it gonna change in nearest future?
  17. As of now, I just need someone to fly with. Just DM me here. BTW, can someone explain, what all this squadrons are doing? Designing coop missions, and play it? Performing aerobatics? Can I see it somewhere? Kind of wargames?
  18. Seems like Next/Prev waypoint buttons do nothing...
  19. UPD: I found this here. But it's for the front grip control. Is it the same for the mini-joystick?
  20. Unlike many other users, who are facing twist-axis problems with T.16000M, I had another issue. My TDC mini-stick y-axis occasionally shows 100 perc in neutral position. I live in Cyprus and the issue here is no one who can fix the gaming controller. Every single fix-workshop can fix mobile phones, but not gaming controller. I hope I can do it myself, but I didn't find any manuals which say how this mini-stick is designed. Xbox controller looks similar, and I`m thinking to buy an Xbox joystick and use it for spare parts, but I'm not sure this will help. Can anybody give an advice?
  21. I faced this error although my system time is correct. Error code is 503, not 500, but the error text is the same. Does anybody have a clue of how to fix? Maybe this somehow caused by the fact I launched DCS in offline mode? And why not to change misleading error message?
  22. Looks like the problem was caused by the password I set for aircrafts in the mission. I dropped it, and it looks fine now.
  23. I had created simple mission with two aircraft with skill level set to client. Trying to run it in a single player mode leads mo to the "Choise of role" screen where I can pick one of the client aircrafts. But Trying to start multiplayer server leads me to the "MULTIPLAYER - Select role" screen where red and blue coalition lists are empty. I cannot pick any of my client aircrafts. Whats my fault? takeoff_navigate_land.miz
