Any new orders are going to show back order status. Suggest you read the way the new ordering process works on their forums...

It is a good system that has been working well for a while now. Basically it reserves the parts and puts you in line for yours to be assembled and shipped. Probably around 3-4 weeks is average but reading that thread will help give a good idea also. Holiday sales can get that lead time a little longer due to demand. I am currently waiting on a new CM3 base Alpha Prime Grip combo.

I ordered a set of rudder pedals on the 19th as soon as the sale started and as of yesterday it had been four weeks so I e-mailed support and they told me another five weeks.

Yikes, I am afraid to email support on my order but it sure is not showing any progress yet and it has been over four weeks now.

Support got back to me immediately, no delay at all and are very honest. 

I needed to know an approximate date since I will be away for work and it would be just my luck that they arrive just after I left and we're sent back before I returned

Well I finally received my nice Virpil order on Saturday from the Virpil USA store - which is not far from me so once they shipped it was only a day to get it to me. Nice new Virpil CM3 stick base, Alpha Prime metal grip , and 200 mm extension along with a desk mount for it all.

After several hours now doing some campaign flying in the Spitfire I must say wow, I really love this thing. So precise and so smooth - and the biggest feature which motivated me to get it - the adjustability of the springs and the clutches from the outside of the base! Very nice indeed!.

I think I have pretty much settled on the standard spring and soft center Avia cams. Have the springs and clutches adjusted to where it just feels very nice to me. I will likely experiment more with the adjustments and cams down the road but right now just want to keep on flying with this baby. Needless to say I am extremely pleased so far with this setup. I would have to say that CM3 gimbal design is one of the best out there currently.

My Ace Interceptor pedals arrived today, excellent quality and the first aircraft I tried was the Spitfire.  Much easier to take-off, land and aim with than my previous Saitek pedals. Only gripe is in NA they ship via UPS who jerked me about as expected, however they do have a deal with them and the shipping cost was reasonable.
