New FPS counter - thank you ED

I have two curved screens and it was almost impossible to see FPS.

So much better with the new FPS counter that can also move across the screen.

i would like to know too. though i surmise that there is scale. in your image i am guessing frame time is about 20 ms. really not sure without some sort of official description.
