fixed DED NAV COMMAND page FILTER MODE cannot be changed from AUTO to INS

The DED NAV PAGE (LIST-4 -2) is the second page from the NAV STATUS page named NAV COMMANDS

On page 179 the manual states that the FILTER MODE can be toggled between AUTO and INS, but it does not say how to toggle it

I have tried all the ICP buttons I can think of but to no avail

Am I missing something?

Logic from other pages dictates that [0-MSEL] should do the trick

I know it is not a much used page, but it may be a small bug

Pleas advise and adjust manual to stipulate how to change it if it is not my mistake

In a future patch you can use 2 in the keypad to toggle between auto and INS
