fitness88 Posted January 23, 2009 Posted January 23, 2009 Sometimes the TDC will slew at a slower speed than normal which makes it difficult to capture the target symbol on the HUD when it moves quickly. What causes this and what can I do to stop it? Thank you.

Fudd Posted January 27, 2009 Posted January 27, 2009 FPS limits the speed. The code is probaly in Russian anyway.
fitness88 Posted January 27, 2009 Author Posted January 27, 2009 (edited) FPS limits the speed. That's not my problem as I average 50-130 fps. The speed reduction when it does occur is about 20% of the time and it will always be the exact same amount of slowness each time. I think it may be related to the range set on the HUD or some other variable. Actually I am not sure if the slow slewing is abnormal or the fast slew speed? Edited January 27, 2009 by fitness88
CoNa Posted March 14, 2009 Posted March 14, 2009 If you zoom in you will have slower slewing and if you zoom out you will have.... faster slewing.:music_whistling: It makes it easier to pinpoint the target at long distances.
