A/A Refuel external tanks

I can refuel the body tanks when A/A refueling but I don't know how to get the external tanks to fill. Is there another switch besides the Transfer/Filling switch below the throttle?

As long as the externals are not empty, the refuelling process is immediately complete.
Still searching for switch beside the Transfer/Filling switch.
