TRAIN lamp not extinguished by depressing it

Even after depressing "TRAIN" lamp button once, it still flashes. First image button undepressed, second image button depressed.

Works as it should. Clicking on it doesn't make it turn off in the real aircraft either.

Yes. The purpose of pressing it is just to test the light.
