In some missions, the 2nd engine doesn't start up; Ng initially rises, but then maxes out somewhere around 50% to 55% and drops back down, while TGT rises above 700°C before cooling back down.

If that happens to you, this workaround should help:

After engine 1 is started, put the left engine throttle all the way to the FLY detent, and only then start engine 2. Engine 2 should then start up just fine.

Note, this is not campaign specific; it looks like an old problem from the early days of the AH-64D sneakily made its way back into DCS. 😄
I think it depends on atmospheric conditions (air temperature, air pressure) and is more likely to happen in some missions and less likely to happen in others. But I've definitely seen the same problem in unrelated missions in other maps as well.

Any other known issues in the campaign? Let your fellow aviators know and, if possible, provide a solution. 👍
