Do 3rd party devs have any control over DCS AI?

Didn't really know on what sub-forum to ask this, but as I started wondering about this while watching one of the F-15E video's, I thought I'd just try here 😉

Do 3rd party devs such as Razbam have any control over AI behavior?

For instance;

  1. Would Razbam be able to incorporate, that my F-15E AI wingman briefly test his toe-brakes when rolling out to taxi?
  2. Or, does Razbam have any control over when/if an AI F-15E uses its airbrake?

I've been wondering about this for a while now. Perhaps someone here knows how this works.

That is an interesting question.  I was under the impression that all the fighters use the same logic, so if they incorporated that in the F-15E, they would also have to have that in the AI F-16, but i could be wrong.
