gdotts
I have a MSI GTX 1080 TI 11Gb card. Been playing on it in DCS for over a year on 3440x1440. Upgraded CPU from AMD 3600 to AMD 5600. Now when I enter DCS it gives me 2560x1440.... so In options I change it to 3440x1440 and click X upper right corner. Screen dosen't change so back into options but resolution still says 2560x1440 again. Over and overI have tried to change resolution...am I missing something? No OK button on bottom of options seen just X upper corner?? Maybe my 1080TI card is bad? Please advise thank you! draconus
X usually closes apps without changes - like a Cancel button. Try to edit \saved games\dcs\config\options.lua file, change the width=2560 to 3440 and run again. If it doesn't work, just make a copy and delete the file. DCS will make a new one with default values. Win10 i7-10700KF 32GB RTX3060 Rift S T16000M TWCS TFRP FC3 F-14A/B F-15E CA SC NTTR PG Syria
Bobik2002
There should be OK button on right side. You can edit config file "C:\Users\%username%\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Config\Options.lua" find width and height and change it to your resolution. EDIT: draconus was faster. ["width"] = 3440 ["height"] = 1440 Edited March 8, 2023 by Bobik2002 Ryzen 9 5900x | 32GB DDR4 | RTX 3090 | 32GB RAM
