reported earlier ARC-164 Preset Problems

Presets are not able to be set while in the aircraft. This was reported before but I also had an issue where changing the presets in the mission editor would not load into a hot start aircraft. Cold starts still work with the mission editor presets but still cannot change them once in the aircraft. 

Single player, multithreading, marianas map, only one a-10 (client) in mission (only unit placed in mission),
