Orwell Posted March 23, 2023 Posted March 23, 2023 I am a gamer. I have a bunch of hardware. I have TrackIR, and a full HOTAS with VKB T-Rudder. So, I'm not asking PS5 controller related questions in terms of control mapping. All I'm looking for is a makeshift/cheap way to get the controller to vibrate during helicopter/airplane buffeting. Why: I think 90% of us have an xbox or PS5. I think it's a massive missed opportunity to have rumble features enabled easily, natively, in game, via USB. Yes I know I can buy a soundcard and do all this fancy crap with simshaker and buttkicker etc etc. But I have a PS5 controller RIGHT HERE. It would be very interesting to have the controller on my leg, vibrating and providing feedback with respect to VRS/buffeting while flying. Especially if it was FREE. Then I could decide if I like the idea enough to buy the more advanced gear. Anyone know how to do this?
