IC problem after removing DICE: still getting IC Not Passed F16 F18

IC Not Passed on my F16 and F18 countermeasure files ALQ, RWR, CMDS.

I HAD DICE installed, got these errors, so I uninstalled/deleted DICE, still got the errors.  Then did a full game update/verification scan. Still got the IC check errors.

Then I uninstalled AND DELETED my F16 and F18 installs in the main Beta game directory.
I reinstalled, basically brand new, the F16 and F18.
Still getting IC Not Passed in MP screen.

The first time you join there is no problem, only after 2 times it kicks you out because of ic, just restart the game and it works again.

 

This way I can use dice without problems

Too bad it won't fix itself, even w/the repair...

@BIGNEWY   FYI DCS repair is not fixing my F16 and F18 countermeasure files ALQ, RWR, CMDS. (after I un-installed DICE, since DICE is not passing IC on GS MP server).
I tried the repair 3 times and still won't pass IC.  
Seems like counter measure files should NOT be IC checked, as no performance can be gained by tweaking them (?).
