reported Huge GPU performance drop rendering near particles

When you look spray/dust particles at very near it have a dramatic performance hit.


P.S. My GPU is a stock 1080ti and my CPU a Ryzen 7.

we do have bullet impacts reported and you should see improvement in coming patches.

Is not bullet impact related as it happens on dirt dust and water spraying, I think that is directly related to those particles rendering.
Anyway I retested it on OB 2.8.4.38947 and is still happening, please, review it.

Bullet impact issue is also not fixed fully, it still maybe related. I have raised it with the team

This didn't fixed it:

• MT. Bullet impacts create many craters and large FPS hit - fixed

must be a different issue then, as the crater issue repetition was fixed.

I have reproduced this issue and will report. 

Fortunately it only happens when looking at impacts from behind and FPS recovers, we will have a fix in a future patch
