Trackfile stepping is inconsistent and does not always increment by 1

It should step for example from 1 to 2 to 3 to 4 and then back to 1, however sometimes it will skip spots, e.g. step from 1 to 4

In a multi bandits mission. The TWS L&S priority depends what? The close rate, the range or aspect?

In my situations,if there are multiple target contacts on radar,"Wheel Steering" button change HAFU in a random priority, can't fast pick up close high close rate target. And why jamming target first, always it will pick up some jamming target +99 nm range.
