solved Flickering in Windowed Game and Huge cursor in Full Screen

I have had an issue with streaming recently, if I dont use Full Screen I get extreme flickering in my streaming pc which I transfer the video by elgato card, I dont have such issue in any other game, and when I use "Full Screen" in DCS graphic setting the issue get resolve.

However when I do use "Full Screen" the mouse cursor is extremely huge and the game minimizes if I click on my second screen, is there any solution for this ?

I am using windows 11, 4k monitors @60Hz and using single screen for DCS, all connection are by HDMI which support 4k at 60Hz, the display setting in windows 11 is set for 3840x2160 at 100% scale on layout

Vanilla DCS log after slow repair with extra file check. disabling any plugins in export.lua without any Mod and disabled Nvidia In-Game Overlay

Solved the issue by changing the Nvidia setting:

Vertical Vsync -> use 3d application setting
