DCS Starting up problem

Hello everyone, help with running DCS, I just installed DCS for the first time on a normal HDD and I can't run it, this notification window keeps popping up

Greet you brother, I'm glad you answered, thanks for the advice, I did everything you wrote, now I'm loading and I see the DCS logo, but when I need to start it, everything stops, probably it can't start from a regular HDD, people warned me about that

HDDs are to be avoided when possible because they can cause a tremendous amount of stutter in DCS.

However, you should be able to fly. Please attach your dcs.log file (from "Saved Games/DCS.../Logs").
