solved Beta problem

I downloaded the latest Beta version and get the following error message when I try to login.  "Authorization Failed". 

Also when trying to login I get the following error message "password incorrect".

I already have an account. Been using the 2.8 for a while and thought I would give the Beta version a try.

So, if you have not forgotten your password, then your only option is to open a support ticket, as no one on the Forum can reset your password.

I tried my old login - the name works but the password doesn't. Odd because I have used it for years.

Unfortunately, your only option is the Support Ticket, they will ask you questions to ascertain that you are indeed the right user and then will reset your password:

All is well now. All of my problems were a result of O.E. I found this video and started over 25 minutes later I was good to go.
