ATC31501 Posted April 28, 2023 Posted April 28, 2023 Well, I am new to F14. I bought this campaign for get myself "proper" trained. Here are my questions 1. Do I need to press spacebar before the maneuvers? I heard a single beep sound and screen show the requirement for the maneuver. I start the maneuvers. After I land, I am unsat partially because "I have not done all the maneuvers" 2. can I get myself to proper heading or position /15K/350 kts before start the maneuver? or I have to do it immediately after screen show requirement? 3. is it okay to maneuver toward to bull eye for this mission while Paco is talking? I have flown out of range twice already. thanks in advance

After I land, I am unsat partially because "I have not done all the maneuvers" You only need to press SPACEBAR when the message says press SPACEBAR. Otherwise no. You got an unsat because you did too many mistakes, not because you didn't complete all maneuvers. If you hadn't, the mission wouldn't have progressed until the grading point. 2 minutes ago, ATC31501 said: 2. can I get myself to proper heading or position /15K/350 kts before start the maneuver? or I have to do it immediately after screen show requirement? Yes, you should. Better yet, you should finish on the numbers. When the message shows the requirements, the game already starts looking for your moves that tell the mission you've started the next maneuver. Paco starts talking when the game thinks you've finished the previous maneuver. 2 minutes ago, ATC31501 said: 3. is it okay to maneuver toward to bull eye for this mission while Paco is talking? If you just fly out of the world and leave the range or fly too far and run out of fuel there will be consequences during the debrief. Good luck! Facebook Instagram YouTube Discord
ATC31501 Posted April 30, 2023 Author Posted April 30, 2023 Has anyone experienced this? After Mach run, both engines flame out w/ 4500 lbs fuel on board?
