Thoughts and Prayers for Aussie's

Saw the terrible news about the wild-fires down under and my thoughts and prayers go out to those affected.

Yeah, unfortunately people are learning the hardest way possible what a firestorm actually is, and how fast it can move. We are getting some chilling stories at work from co-workers down south. I saw a photo today taken at lunch time. It looked like it was midnight, I kid you not. I have now seen Black rain as well. Very bad indeed but I am fortunate, only photos and so far my relations are safe.

It's really strange that parts of the country are suffering with +46 degrees, and Tasmania (a short distance away) is -1. That is amazing. The pictures on abc.com.au are scary.

Tasmania was in the high 30's also... the whole 1-2 months was with heatwaves... in where I live for few weeks it was always in high 30's°C and it even got up to 42°C last Sunday.

 

These fires have so far taken 173 confirmed deaths and more are still missing... over 750 homes/properties have been destroyed... the worst of all very high likelyhood few of the blases were deliberately lit by arsenists... I feel bad for so many people that have lost their families, friends, neighbours... even whole townships, in these fires... and so many are now homeless... I feel such anger for people that caused this... I feel such evil, sick minds that set lit these fires do not deserve to live... here in Australia there is no capital punishment... but for this I feel no lesser punishment then death can serve justice...
