Two missions completed succesfuly, no chance to continue

I finished Mission 1 succesfuly (100), Died in Mission2, Played Mission 2 again, this time succesfuly (100), but cannot proceed to Mission 3. (Please see attached screenshot). What have I done wrong ? What I must do to be able to continue campaign ?

Well since you got 100 points the mission works properly. 
 

if you have any mods installed, delete them and also run a repair on your dcs, see if that helps.

Thank you for the tip. I have removed all mods (A-4E-C+ VSN F-4), no change. Can you, please, explain what do you mean by "run a repair on dcs" ?

Open the start menu and start typing repair. A dcs repair exe will come up. Run it.

Thank you. I have performed all recommended action, still no change. Apparently the only possible way to continue the campaign is to reset it and play again from the beginning. Or is there another chance ?

Definitely don’t reset it. Reach out to ED in the general bugs section. Say you got 100 pts but the campaign is still not progressing. Something wrong with the dcs campaign menu

I'm flying it now, I'm on mission 11 or 12 and so far everything is fine.
