dresoccer4 Posted June 10, 2023 Posted June 10, 2023 (edited) First thing I noticed when hopping in the Gazelle was how stuttery and un-smooth the rotor blade animations look. Anyone else notice this? Especially compared to the Apache, but really any other helo module. Most of them are smooth and realistic-looking wnd even if you slow down time it stays smooth with a nice motion blur. Wondering if this is still a work in progress? The animations look like it's stuck at 20fps while the rest of the sim is 60fps. Anyone else notice this as well? okopanja Posted June 13, 2023 Posted June 13, 2023 (edited) Yes, this is true, it looks much worse than e.g. Apache or Ka-50. Would be nice to have this reworked. Edited June 13, 2023 by okopanja 3 Condition: green
Eugel Posted June 14, 2023 Posted June 14, 2023 Also, I´m pretty sure it didn´t look like that before the update. 1
FlankerKiller Posted June 15, 2023 Posted June 15, 2023 I think we have to think of this like a new open Beata module. There are lots of rough spots that are going to need ironing out. But they've already put a ton of work into it to redevelop it to this point. I suspect they will continue to improve it. It's a fun little module now. Just give it some time to mature.
