That said, there have been a lot of interpretations by different artists over the years: Ornithopter | Dune Wiki | Fandom I believe they are described in the books as having both jets and variable geometry beating wings... and obviously - no computers. Everything has to be analogue. Which makes it an actually interesting project for a DCS level of fidelity. 1
