Airfield lights appear to illuminate aircraft during day

Not a particularly good screenshot given the angle...I wish I had been recording video because there were a few areas where it was easier to see. It appears aircraft are illuminated by airfield lighting even when the lights are off during daytime. This was at Cairo Int'l. I wonder if this could be contributing to any performance issues.

On the current version it looks like illumination is off during bright days, but with heavy or overcast cloud cover the illumination comes back on.
