slughead Posted June 13, 2023 Posted June 13, 2023 (edited) Maybe you already know, or don't... you can disable the guardian circle by launching the Quest Link, then select "settings" from the dash and in there is a slider to turn the "guardian" off. No more circle when looking down to spoil the immersion! Edited June 13, 2023 by slughead 1 2 Slugmouse: a finger-mounted mouse button emulator for hand-tracked VR cockpit clicking. Available now! No more circle when looking down to spoil the immersion! Thx. Btw. is it possible to turn off this question about the area of Guardian? I'm sitting anyway all the time, and every time that I boot up Quest Pro, one of the first things I always have to confirm is the Guardian area. Can we skip this in the settings? You can disable Guardian completely in the Headset. You might need to enable dev mode for your meta account and for the headset software (via your phone app) for it to work. Maybe it's available without dev, i'm not sure. Or dev is necessary for it to stay off after a reboot of the headset. - Put on your headset, then go to Settings. - Select “System”, in the left menu, you now have, the line “Developer.” Click on it - At the top of the Developer Settings screen, you can use the toggle button to disable Guardian. I don't do it because the passthrough (2x tap on headset) doesn't work without guardian. Edited June 16, 2023 by Sile 1
