resolved How to remove App Cpu/Gpu... window from view in VR?

Since a couple of updates ago this window (see photo) has appeared in my headset. I'm sure it's full useful information but I find it too intrusive. When it appeared, it did so of it's own volition and I haven't seen any instructions on how to remove it, hence my post. I'm almost certain this will be simple, so will someone be so kind enough as to put me out of my misery.
