cannot repoduce and missing track file AI crashes into me after aerial refuel

Title says it all. Can't provide track because it is corrupted and doesn't show what really happened (I'm flying straight forever in the track).

Wingman finished refueling before I did and I assumed it turned right ignoring entirely I was there also refueling.

Part of a mission from Persian Lion campaign, although I doubt this is relevant

I've seen this before. I thought they mostly had it fixed. But if you aren't on a basket, it acts like you aren't there. I've seen them cut way to close even when they miss me. A few updates ago I wouldn't refuel when the AI was refueling.

Another package crashed on me while i was refueling, i see if there are 2-3 ai flights in cue, they respect the order for refueling, but they don’t care about the user, is it a limitation of dcs? Any suggestion how to have a mission with ai traffic during the AAR ops?

It just happened to me during Raven One Hornet campaign.
The "wingman" is scripted and not really into the same flight.

Here I was trying to join up after departure...
 

 

So I suppose the bug isn't about refueling, but AI doesn't acknowledge player's presence.
In MSN02 I had to avoid the wingman coming out of the tanker.

It happened to me during Raven one campaign.

First time I managed to dodge it when coming out of S-3.

Second time I was just about to plug in when it collided with me coming out of left basket.

I also got destroyed when the AI did a sudden and brutal horizontal and flat translation into me.

Allied AI is a dangerous hazard when close, more than the enemy...

On top of that the AI doesn't even get a scratch and continue to fly miles nothing happened...
