Initial Throttle Position??

Good evening everyone
Every time I start a flight on the F15 completely off, the Throttle position is in MIL and not in CUTOFF.
Is this normal or do I need to change some setting?

Just a guess but you might have synchronized controls with HOTAS controls at mission start ticked.

it's a setting in the Misc tab untick it if it's ticked. If that's not the problem, then I have no idea.

I always have to make any input on both throttle and stick to synch them with in game controls on first DCS mission (before hitting Fly button) but that's how it is for every module, even with the synch option.
