Chivas Posted July 3, 2023 Posted July 3, 2023 Hello I've been waiting years for a VR headset like the Pimax Crystal to return to DCS. A long time ago I invested in the DCS WW2 Kickstarter at $250, and wondering if I should download DCS thru Steam or directly from DCS to enable the WW2 aircraft, and terrain etc, . I don't remember how I first downloaded the sim. Thanks
iFoxRomeo Posted July 4, 2023 Posted July 4, 2023 You should download the client via https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/downloads/world/ Here, after logging in, you can see your available Kickstarter licenses. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/personal/backer/ The licenses are, afaik, not transferable to steam. The Mossie and Fw190 A8 and I-16(3rd party) are not in the Kickstarter pool, but you can try them in the 14 day trial period. Spoiler PC Specs: Ryzen 9 5900X, 3080ti, 64GB RAM, Oculus Quest 3
Captain Orso Posted July 5, 2023 Posted July 5, 2023 The DH.98 Mk VI Mosquito FB and the FW-190A-8 are most assuredly NOT third party. When you hit the wrong button on take-off System Specs.
