razorseal Posted July 18, 2023 Posted July 18, 2023 Hey all, my brand new SSD took a crap and I just lost everything that DCS was on. I am temporarily installing the game on an older sata ssd until the RMA is done from samsung. When I get the new m.2 SSD back, i'd like to move it back to the new one... How is this done? Do I just move the root folder that it's being installed on and that's it? anything else needs to be done?

Just move all content in the ".../Eagle Dynamics/DCS World" in the Prog.Files to the place you want. Then install fresh DCS World in the same (new) location. If I'm not wrong I did this way and it works, but you'd better read the page that dear Rudel mentioned. Good luck.
