Snappy Posted July 20, 2023 Posted July 20, 2023 (edited) Hi, what is the reason behind the fuel system sequence switch? The manual says „lisse“ is for clean aircraft, and „bidons“ is for external tanks config. However in the actual fuel tank sequence order listed, both switch positions still seem to use external tanks first anyway and differ only in the sequence the various internal fuel tanks are used. Is it only Center of gravity optimisation ? Or what is the „lisse“ position for if it still uses external tanks? regards Snappy Edited July 20, 2023 by Snappy

Yes, The aircraft has a total of 9 internal fuel tanks, and capability for carrying up to 3 external tanks. This switch allow variations in the center of gravity to be minimized, depending on if you are carrying external fuel or not. 1 For work: iMac mid-2010 of 27" - Core i7 870 - 6 GB DDR3 1333 MHz - ATI HD5670 - SSD 256 GB - HDD 2 TB - macOS High Sierra For Gaming: 34" Monitor - Ryzen 3600 - 32 GB DDR4 2400 - nVidia RTX2080 - SSD 1.25 TB - HDD 10 TB - Win10 Pro - TM HOTAS Cougar Mobile: iPad Pro 12.9" of 256 GB
