OUO Posted August 1, 2023 Posted August 1, 2023 Through special options, customize the setting of TDC movement speed and radar pitch adjustment speed. It feels that the TDC cursor moves very slowly 2

But these operations themselves do not affect the work of the radar, the radar will still scan the area again according to your adjustment after completing a scan

It is unreasonable to rely too much on TDC in air-to-air radar operations and to move too slowly.Refer to F/A-18C, TDC cursor movement is quite flexible 16小时前,draconus说: Even then, faster TDC movement should not be modeled if this is the limitation of the simulated aircraft/system. There is a video of the TDC movement speed of the F/A18 and F15 in the link 1

INDY69 Posted August 20, 2023 Posted August 20, 2023 TDC in the jet is progressive and it has a curve. The more pressure you add the faster it moves. If the TDC in DCS is moving too fast for you, and you have it setup as an x and y axis, you can always add a curve to it which will give you finer inputs with less axis deflection. As for making the TDC and elevation move faster like the jet, I'm all for that.
