The Ka-50 III 's 9S846 Strelets launcher was still filled after Igla missile was launched off? is that thing same as the APU-6 “Vikhr” (AT-9) Launcher closed with cover after launched?

That's also the cover that you are looking at. The rear does not have a cover, so if you fired a missile, the rear should be empty.
