dcs_log.txt

It seems like that I will disconnect from the server around a special timepoint (0:50 in UTC TZ, +- 10 mins). In my case, it does not really depend so much on MT or ST, or OB version.

I found the dcs.log and read it, but I am not really familiar with the log. The txt file here is only a part of the dcs.log around the disconnection, but I guess it's enough?

May anyone give me some help? Is there anything special in dcs.log? Or it is more possible, that some settings from my router is causing the disconnection?

Please attach the whole dcs.log file.

Your issue reminds me of this one. Maybe it's not a matter of timepoint, but more a question of duration.

Do you own a Netgear Nighthawk R7000 router?

I see you connected to a MP server at 23:42:26Z (UTC).

2023-08-12 23:42:26.187 INFO ASYNCNET (Main): connected to server
2023-08-12 23:42:26.188 INFO ASYNCNET (Main): Server name: TACG218 Public Server

And you were disconnected at 02:27:34Z (UTC).

2023-08-13 02:27:27.073 INFO ASYNCNET (Main): Current ping: 107.4ms
2023-08-13 02:27:34.324 INFO ASYNCNET (Main): disconnected: 0
2023-08-13 02:27:34.333 INFO ASYNCNET (Main): disconnected from server
2023-08-13 02:27:34.333 INFO ASYNCNET (Main): client has stopped
2023-08-13 02:27:34.354 INFO Dispatcher (Main): Stop

Which means your MP session lasted 2 h 45 min.

You should check this the next time it happens and see if it always lasts 2 h 45. It could point to a QoS issue similar to the one I linked to.

By the way, how is your PC connected to your router? Cable or Wi-Fi?

It is connected per Wi-Fi.

Just had another disconnectiondcs.log

I connected twice to a server, once at 00:09 and once at 00:40. The "random" disconnection happened at 00:47.

All other internet connections were working normally. And there is nothing special in the event viewer, but I did recorded my IP address and it changed.

ipconfig_A.pngipconfig_B.png

IPV4_A.pngIPV4_B.png

Well, nothing changed in my ipconfig, but my public IPv4 address changed after the disconnection.

A lot of ISP's use Dynamic IP's, which means you get given a IP for a certain amount of time then after that time your IP changes and you have not control over this

Nice find!

You should tell your ISP about it, and ask for a static IP, if that's something they do.
