Is Resume Download Possible

For the past few days, my ISP provider has been resetting their systems and causing my DCS download attempts to fail.  Each time I have to restart the download from the beggining.  Can I reusme the download somehow?  I do this on many other apps and it seems like it should be something simple that i'm missing.  Thank you in advance.

The Updater should resume/continue where it left off. At least it always does that for me automatically.

Files that are part of an update are stored in the "_downloads" folder (in the core game files).
