Joystck not working

My Thrustmaster HOTAS gives no aileron and elevator movements when I move it, and the stick itself does not move. The Thrustmaster Pendular Rudder pedals seem to work all right. I tried the stick with the DCS: P-51D Mustang and it worked all right. To make sure that I did not forget anything I selected a flight when the Strike Eagle was already in the air, but the problem persisted. Also with Fast Mission the stick does not move. Does anyone have a solution?

Have you checked the controls and axis assignements?

1st thing to do in ANY DCS module: Check control settings/bindings, have a sharp look on the preset axis bindings.

DCS tends to do funny things with the defaults.

The controls in the P-51D Mustang work fine, so I cannot imagine what is wrong with the control configuration. But if you have any suggestions... I cannot remember to have had any joystick problems like this before.

Well, check your controls. Its most likely missing an assignement for the F-15E.

DCS has completely separate controls for each module, so you will need to make sure all axis and buttons are set on a per-plane basis.

Many thanks to you all! The joystick controls were set, but to the throttle control (I should have looked better). I corrected this and now everything works fine. Thanks again! Off to fly!
