Chief Voice Replacement

Following the success of Heatblur's F-14 RIO voice replacment mods, and now coupled with services like Elevelabs that can generate different voices - 

I'd like to try replacing some of the Chief calls in the game, for ground comms.  

Is that possible? And if so, where in the structure are those files stored?
