Hello. In the hornet, there is a button while in STT called TWS, point is to drop the STT and keep the Trackfile in auto. What the issue is that if the target is at my gimbal or more on the sides of my radar, using the TWS button to exit the STT, the radar scan line won't center itself on the target but it will center itself in the middle of the radar screen, that is a issue because then i need to exit auto and redo the elevation and put my scan on him then to lock him basically again. might be the case that the target is friendly and was locked using HACQ or what have you. Track file for this is provided below.

Other thing i have noticed last days since update 2.9 is that i've seen the radar buggy, i've seen 3Bar 2 times and 1 time i had 2 in azumeth, no kidding. clicking it it went to 22, then 42, then 62, 82, then 160. then i got it self sorted.

last thing, trying to STT target using HACQ or LHAQ will often fail, and it won't work, it will try to lock but the arrow pointing toward the target in the hud and in the helmet site is somewhere else. To resolve this, I will need to click on the undesignate button and that will put the target in tws and that always work. In other words, it's easier to get a L&S trackfile then to get a STT.

One more thing, while using LHAQ, PRF will be changed to medium while using it but it won't return back to INTL even though the settings was saved using INTL in PRF.

Hi Lekaa,

I will need to ask the team about the way it should be, I maybe misunderstand this issue.

thanks

In DCS what is happening:
- You go from STT to TWS, for this example lets say the radar is looking left at 60 degrees ATA

- Radar b-sweep magically teleports to 0 degrees ATA (absolutely a bug), before trying to move back to its selected L&S.

- STT L&S is not preserved and is reselected as if TWS AUTO was reinitialized (L&S should be preserved)
