The crashes seems to come from the F-15E "getAdditionalWPOpts" function. For the sake of finding where the issue is located, what happens if you remove the player F-15E unit and replace it with a brand new one with no waypoints?

Removing Player F-15E has stopped the crash! Many thanks. Now to rebuild this with a new (F-15E unit).

I really appreciate this so much, thank you for your help. Owe you a drink for that one
