DCS doesn't load - OParticle System error in logs

I just made an account and can't post anywhere else appropriate.  I've updated to Open Beta 2.9.0.47168 and DCS doesn't go beyond utilizing 2GB of ram after launch.
Log file stops at the following and will not go any further after sitting for 15 minutes.

Liquidleak.lua file has the following:

 Type = "liquidAnimationBaking",
        LODdistance1 = 1000,
    },
    {
        Type = "billboard",
        Texture = "LiquidAnimationNormals", -- normals
        ColorGradientTexture = "LiquidAnimationAlphas", -- alpha
        AthlasSize = {8, 8},

        Visibility = 15000,
        Size = {0.05, 0.05}, -- min|max



System:
OS: Windows 11
CPU: I7 13700k
GPU: RTX4080 - Driver 546.01
RAM: 64GB
Display: Samsung Neo G9 5120x1440
Game Version:  Open Beta 2.9.0.47168

I've repaired, removed my saved games folder and tried to start and it still gets stuck in the same place.
Updated my video driver as well.
