No such thing.

you have to press the respective Buttons on the AMPCD (lower screen).

of course you could bind buttons to those buttons, but be aware, that they could end up having a different function, if the buttons on that display say so.

In general I would suggest to interact with the clickable cockpit as much as possible and bind the HOTAS as realistic as possible.

Its as Phantom says.. no direct bind.. workarround is to bind the MFD buttons , i did that for the radar range so as long as i have the radar on the  right MFD i can quickly change the radar range from the HOTAS but as Phantom says the moment you swap MFDs or have anything else in that screen you would be pushing same buttons but doing something else different..

But as long as you renember yes.. binding PB12 and PB13 would change your waypoints as long as you have the HSI in the center MFD (wich is default)

Just use the TDC slew to the top and bottom edge of the radar screen. Move it in and out quickly and it will change the range without binding push buttons.

I know but in my case the binding is way faster than trying to get the TDC there with preccision between the options
