<1 FPS after PC upgrade. FIXED

Edited to add-issue resolved by deleting options.lua file in Config folder.

Hi all.

I have recently upgraded my PC. Since then, DCS has been unplayably slow. Just sitting in the main menu, the frame time graph is full up, and my FPS is less than one (though if fluctuates-sometime half a second up at 20-60, but then back down to freezing).

My new parts are:

B550M -> MSI Z790-P

5600X -> i5 13600K

6600XT -> 4070

I have tried:

- Cleanup and repair of DCS.

- Enabling XMP in bios.

- Installed the latest motherboard and GPU drivers.

- Deleted all mods.

- Checked temperatures, all low.

- Done a userbenchmark test to ensure it's not a hardware issue, result is here: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/66462173

- Hitting alt-enter in game to force fullscreen, but this doesn't seem to change anything.

Looking at coretemp, no CPU core seems to get much above 50%. Looking in task manager, ~8GB of VRAM is used but the GPU is doing very very little.

Any suggestions for other things to try very much appreciated!

Thanks.

Interesting. I have seen more and more users fixing their issues with your fix. Guessing you copied your Saved Games folder to new PC? Makes sense that options would be different. You should mark your topic solved with your answer. Some people will look for the green checks next to posts. Thanks for sharing.
