max22 Posted December 26, 2023 Posted December 26, 2023 I play multiplayer only, and immediately after takeoff the radar is flooded with ECM bars. Is there a way eliminate this ? I switch channels very often and still can't get read of this.

Because, as far as i know , the symbology for being jammed in the F-16 is quite different and less intrusive, but also gives you less information about the jamming source. Plus, i have the feeling, the F-15E Radar is at the moment especially vulnerable to jamming. Or its just a consequence of the Strike Eagle having a huge radar antenna compared to the F-16, so its also "seeing" jamming earlier. And Counter Jamming technologies are not simulated in the mudhen (yet?) Or its just a combination of all of those factors. In Summary - I dont think that you are doing something wrong or so. Its just what it is. Edited December 26, 2023 by BigBorner 1
Ignition Posted December 26, 2023 Posted December 26, 2023 The problem may be also be multiplayer servers. I wouldn't say its not posible but the scenario were 30 vs 30 fighters, all fighting in the same place at the same time is... strange in real life.

Because the F-16 doesn't display jamming as bars, but as yellow chevrons (like a US Army corporal rank insignia).
